The one out of ten who passes receives more training than the state requires. And, once they are given an assignment, our security personnel receive very strict supervision. We furnish our security personnel with quality uniforms and equipments at an expense higher than any other Security Company, so that they give a proper impression to both the public and themselves. Our Hiring Standards For Security Personnel Are:
a. Have a legal right to work in India.
b. Have a high degree of integrity
c. Be of good moral character.
d. If required, successfully pass a stringent physical examination.
e. Be emotionally and mentally stable.
f. Not be a chronic user of alcoholic beverages
g. Have no addiction to habit forming drugs
h. Have no conviction for any crime
i. Have no record of discharge from previous employment because of misconduct
j. Do not have a juvenile record of the sort that is disqualifying
k. Have a desire to learn, progress and develop
l. Be a high school examination passed
m. Have a good credit rating in the community
n. Successfully pass a test administered by this Security Company
The Training
The training to our Security Personnel includes the fallowing subjects. The training comprises of one hundred hours of class room instructions and sixty hours of field training spread over 20 working days.
Subjects Covered During Course of the Training
- Conduct in public and correct wearing of uniform.
- Physical fitness training
- Physical Security, Security of the Assets, Industrial Security, Security of the Building or Apartment, Personal Security, House Hold Security, Bank or Financial Institution Security.
- Fire Fighting
- Crowed Control
- Examining identification papers including identity cards, passports and smart cards.
- Shall be able to read and understand English alphabets and Arabic numerals as normally encountered in the identification documents, arms licenses, travel documents and security inspection sheet.
- Identification of improvised explosive devices.
- Medical First-Aid.
- Crisis response and disaster management.
- Defensive driving(compulsory for the drivers of armed vehicles and optional for others)
- Handling and operation of non-prohibited weapons and fire arms(compulsory for armed guards and optional for others)
- Rudimentary knowledge of Indian Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Code, right to private defense, procedure for lodging first information report in the police station, Arms Act(only operative sections) Explosive Act(only operative sections)
- Badges of ranks in police and military forces.
- Identification of different types of arms in use in public and police.
- Use of security equipments and devices such as security alarms and screening equipments.
- Leadership and management(for supervisors only).
- Observation, handling unidentified objects, conducting anti sabotage checks and special training for those deputed for body protection duties(Body Guards).
