Comply With Laws and Regulations
PSF is committed to doing the right thing and remembering who we work for. For this reason, we believe that it is important to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the laws and regulations that govern our business.
Setting the Standard:
You are expected to perform all of your duties on behalf of PSF in compliance with all laws, regulations and company policies. This is a minimum expectation. The Legal Department and the Ethics Office are always available to help you understand the laws and regulations that apply to your job. It should be understood, however, that upholding our Values and this Code may require more than mere compliance with laws and regulations. If you perform work out side the Country you are also subject to the laws and regulations of the other countries in which we do business. You may find that there is a conflict between the laws of the other country in which we operate and the laws of the India or the company policy. In those situations, you must consult with the Legal Department or the Ethics Office to receive direction on how to handle the conflict.
Workplace Security, Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Workplace free from Threats and Violence:
PSF Goal is to maintain a professional work environment that is free from threats and acts of violence, bullying, abusive or intimidating conduct or other similar behavior. To maintain the same the PSF expects from all of its employees to respect each other and do not involve into the acts of violence, bullying or use abusive, discriminatory, insulting or provoking language to any one or manhandling of any employee by any other employee irrespective of superior or subordinate. The Company prohibits actual or threatened violence against co-workers, visitors or anyone else that is either on our premises or has contact with employees in the course of their duties. Every threat of violence is serious. We must report any such event immediately. Threats of immediate concern should be referred to your manager and/or local police station. Any person who is in PSF employment found guilty of violation of the above policy shall be dealt strictly including his/her terminated from the PSF employment
